the cost manily depends on the state. in texas they cost around $250-$500. They do not have to wear clothes they are dogs all the chihuahuas that i have had never wore clothes, but one and that was for fun. They are really good pets when trained right they can be very over guarding and some bark at every little noise. If you get a good one trained right you will have a good dog.

No they don't have to wear clothes but its a good idea if its cold out cuz they are naturally slim dogs and are tiny and might not be able to produce enough body heat. Yes they do but they are VERY VERY yippy and barky but they make good little watch dogs.

I know here in fla they go anywhere from 350 to 700 .00 . also know if they have papers you are going to pay more. no they dont have to have clothes but it would be a good idea to get them a sweater . also some like mine like clothes and others dont .
