Does anyone know of any good scenic places to visit in kent (england) for photography ?

Tonbridge Wells

Dover (White Cliffs and Castle)

Canterbury Cathedral & town

Brenchley (take 297 or 296 bus from Tunbridge Wells) followed by Goudhurst and Cranbrook ...

Hastings (or is that in Sussex ?)

I know that the white cliffs of Dover are absolutely beautiful, and would make a lovely picture (obviously that's in Dover). However it might be spoilt a bit by the ferrys, but there are angles where you can avoid them (or of course make them part of the art!) Sorry, that's the only good place I know in kent.

The ruins at Reculver (on coast, near Margate) are very photogenic. Chislehurst caves (near station, 30 mins from Central London-Charing Cross station) are worth visiting. Also, Hever Castle
(a gift to Henry 8th, from Anne Boleyn's father)

Right where I am at the bottom of the north downs. You can climb a little way up..to a beaten track where there is a wooden bench. a warm sunny day you can sit there and get a good view of the seaside and it's activities also take some good photos. I live in Folkestone.

any where in or around Maidstone the museum of rural life is a good photo opportunity also the medway towns some good river views of the medway have fun
