I have depression and anxiety and I work in the mental health field.
It depends on how long you have felt that way, and how bad of a problem it is. Has a it lasted for more than a month, almost every day? If it hasn't lasted that long, maybe it will go away on it's own. Has it made it harder for you to work or to do other things you normally do? If so, a doctor might try Paxil, Zoloft, Prozac, or something else. Irritability can be a symptom of depression. I took Paxil for 12 years and it helped.
Some people say herbal medicines work--St. John's Wort or Kava. I don't have much experience with these, personally.

Try exercise. You might get into a dance class, I mean like the ones you took when you were really young with recitals and all or join a gym. Getting regular exercise like this can go a long way and do you really want to get started on medications if not totally necessary. Try exercise first and then if you still feel the need for meds see a good doctor. On last thought, see a good doctor first to determine if it's something physical that could be causing your nerve and irritability problems. Good Luck.

That particularly depends upon the mental difficulty, the depth of the difficulty and the way the character offers with that difficulty. For example, if I occurred to love an character who occurred to be schizophrenic, I might comfortably decide to them. However in the event that they had been so ate up by means of schizophrenia that I cannot relate to them or I observed myself dedicating all my time to serving to them, I might no longer decide to them. People's mental problems don't must outline them or their personalities as an entirety. Most individuals, except their disorders are so extreme that they are able to slightly role, nonetheless have a option as to how they manage what they've and will nonetheless categorical themselves as participants without reference to what umbrella they are positioned beneath. I've been very near peers with no less than 2 individuals with severe mental problems for the reason that I favored them as individuals irregardless in their disorders. If I like who they're and being with them makes me comfortable, I will decide to them. I'm no longer going to place up with anyone who I do not like, although, and I'm no longer going to be so overly politically proper to the factor that I might say I'd decide to any individual with a mental difficulty - a few mental problems I might most commonly have an excessively problematic time in relation to and knowledge on a private stage. I do not seem down at the individuals who've them whatsoever, however I do not always wish to be round them always both. There's most commonly different individuals available in the market who might fully grasp them higher. Pisces Sun Gemini Moon Aries Venus Capricorn Mars
