is there a free 3d program for Mac os 9?

I am cheap sorry to say. I do not have Mac os X. Blender only has it for os 10.

Of course there is. Although I use it on a PC Blender is a super powerful 3D software that you can use on PCs or MACs. Just go to http://www.blender.org then at the top go to download then blender.
