I am building a complex website with chat room, 3D interactive and games. The specs are too long to be presented here. I am looking for guidance on the way to proceed, in selecting the correct interfaces (i.e. Vizx3D, 3DsMAX etc), and for anyone willing to help develop this beast.

Blender has a chance for the graphics, but lack the interaction.
Flash? Sorry, no go. Just good to make animated adverts. Not for interaction.
