Organize friends, family, neighbors, coworkers to write letters & make phone calls to ALL of the public officials in your area. Demand to know what is being planned & when it will be available. Then don't let up!! Hold them to it, & elect new officials if needed to get the job done!!

Do what Seattle did, refuse to pay for another 'Big Dig' like the City of Boston agreed to, because USA citizens actually have a learning curve. Proposals for mass transit should not be so stupid that even the taxpayers notice how repugnant their cost becomes.
