Generally there are complicated sets of rules for each country that immigration will try to place in your path. Check out the immigration department website for the country you want to enter. THEN GET A OOD IMMIGRATION AGENT! The immigration department is there to regulate you, not to help you get around their rules. They will only tell you about the rules for the visas they promote. They won't tell you about the visas that they don't want you to use, even though they are perfectly legal

If you go to see people in Immigration Department, the people who handle enquiries are junior level staff. The knowledge ones who might be able to best help you get promoted way beyond where you can get access to them. So the one you see don't know that much, no matter how knowledgeable they seem.

You can generally get in if you use a good immigration agent. This doesn't mean that they will help you break the law as a good agent doesn't need to do that. By using a combination of visas, one after the other, it’s possible to make a lawful entry leading to permanent residence and citizenship (to many countries). Always tell the immigration authorities the truth (yes even about criminal histories) because if they catch you lying your application is finished. Even criminal histories won't generally stop you but the do complicate things.

Get a good agent and they will not only get you the visa they will save you thousands of pounds in costs you don't even know you are paying (i.e. low exchange rates on bulk money transfers.

I can tell you absolutely, if you know what you are doing you can legally migrate and live a good live in those countries as long as you meet the following rules.

•Over 18 years of age.
•Not too bad a criminal record (preferably no custodial sentence longer than 12 months imposed in the last 10 years)
•No serious diseases or VERY expensive operations need. So insulin diabetics can go, people needing a heart operation can’t, but if they have just had the heart operation then you can go.

Amongst the rules for each country some visas will require certain amounts of money. Its usually small amounts and you can often use another visa that won’t require any money.

You don’t need a degree, don’t have to marry citizens etc. Australia, Canada and New Zealand are desperate to get tradesmen or people who will move to their country and study over there to become a tradesman. Obviously tradesmen don’t normally have degree or have half a million dollars. In Britain few tradesmen have much money as they are badly paid over here, but over there they earn a great deal. Typically $75,000 to $150,000. Don’t divide the income by the exchange rate to try to work out a relative standard of living. In Australia a Dollar buys more than a pound buys in Britain. So $100,000 per year is equal to about £105,000 in Britain.

Its easier to go and study to be a tradesman (say 3 to 12 months instead of 3 years for a degree. Also, in Australia and Canada, a tradesman can earn a lot more than most degree holders. In Vancouver a subcontract Plumber earns $75.00 (i.e. like £75.00) per hour if working 40 or more hours per week on a construction or building site. People contracting to homeowners can earn more. That means they can earn between $140,000 to $165,000 per annum depending on how many hours they work. Teachers, Podiatrists, management graduates, simply won’t earn that much. Don’t try to judge earnings and life in these countries by what you see in the UK. Life for workers over there is MUCH BETTER than here.

For a good agent to Australia, Canada or New Zealand go to www.immigrationunit.com.

They know lots of really good ways in as they really know what they are doing. For example, you can migrate to Canada on in any one of approximately 27,000 different jobs. These include simple jobs like light duty cleaner, security guard (a night club bouncer is a security guard), light van and heavy truck drivers, with 3 or 4 years work experience and no qualifications.

You can also study a 3 month course, get a job with an employer who will sponsor you through a 12 months training program so you become a tradesman at the end of 12 months of paid work. They can get you these traineeships in Plumber, Electrical, Drylining, Sheetmetal. They also have supervisory courses (for office based jobs) in the Hospitality trade. They get you jobs, book accommodation, arrange for furniture to be transferred etc.

Anyway, I hope this is helpful. Don’t let people put you off. Migrate to these countries and live a great life. In the UK you can have time or money, but not both. Over there they have a better work life balance, so you get both. You can work 35 to 40 hours per week and still save lots. So you have the time AND the money to enjoy your life.

Ps, exploring all of this on the internet is a waste of time – go visit and be surprised.

Depends on the country, each one has different laws. Switzerland has a 0 immigration law you must be born there to Swiss parents. New Zealand is simple you must have a university degree in something they need and a half a million in their money cash then come ahead. The government takes half.
Austria allows anyone to come there but getting to be a citizen is hard.
See you need to be more specific about the country.
