I'm not girl but I can tell you the answer: Take the initiative and ask her out somewhere. A coffee somewhere is a good a place as any and no one loses face if she turns you down.
Some girls flirt because they can. Some flirt and are unaware of what they are doing....Men do as well.
If YOU like her then you will take the chance. If you don't take the initiative then you don't like her enough.

She touches you when you talk to her. She smiles at when from across the room. She laughs around you alot. She tries to act mature around you. She looks her best around you. She loves to walk/talk with you. She goes to you if she needs help. She passes notes to you. She likes to hang out with you on the weekends.

we pretend to ignore you or hate you, and we try to stay away wen we want to get close. wen we flirt, kissing or dating would be the subject to talk abotu. Also wen we kind of lean over so u guys can see r "breasts" or feel ourselves.. i no its weird

she will say hi to u alot she will dress more hotter then usual if you think she likes u or u know kiss her thats what i did to my bf but it kinda only lasted for 2 years
