If it is a spiral ham it is probably already fully cooked. Check the label for heating instructions and how to use the glaze.
Wash and boil the potatoes in their skins (more nutrients remain with the potato and not in the water.) When they are fork tender (you can easily poke a fork into them) drain the potatoes and carefully peel them (you can use a fork and knife) close to the skin. Place them in a large bowl and mash them quickly while they are still relatively hot. Add a little milk or cream and butter, salt and pepper to taste.
You can also wash and boil the carrots. Skin them first by using a potato peeler to slice off the outer layer. Just cover them with water and boil them until they are tender crisp. Add seasonings like lemon pepper to taste.
Bon Appetite!

If it's spiral-cut, then it's already fully cooked.
First of all, throw away that glaze. Make your own out of fruit juice and honey, using a 3-to1 ratio of juice to honey. Simmer the juice/honey in a small saucepan, and add whatever herbs & things you like (BUT NO SALT).
Roast the ham at a low oven temperature---like, around 250-275 degrees---for 2 to 3 hours. The idea is to heat it though, without making the skin dry.
Then, take it out of the oven, and turn the oven temp up to 400 degrees. Brush the glaze all over the ham (if you like, you can also sprinkle some brown sugar all over it), then put it back into the hot oven for about 20 more minutes. This will give you a nice, crispy (but not dried-out) "skin".
Since it's a ham, not a fresh roast, you should probably cook the vegetables separately.

Put the glaze on and put the ham in a brown bag to retain moisture in the oven. Google Brown Bag Baked Ham for the exact recipe.

Bake your ham at 350 degrees for 3 hours, steam your carrots, and make mashed taters with a brown gravy, and serve with cranberry sauce.
Top it all off with a nice bottle of chilled Chardonnay.

I like ham that has pineapple and cherries on top, and also, I like it with glaze on top of it (with brown sugar for flavor) and made in the oven.

You can bake it in the oven with potatoes and carrots. You can even put pineapple slices if you want too.
