Suspended means suspended. There is nothing to renew until you get the suspension lifted.

Same thing. Suspended. Gone, not around. You don't HAVE a license, so how can you renew it? I doesn't exist.

No, you can only get your license back after the suspension is lifted. You have to have a valid license in order to renew.

Is it a jersey license ??? if it is suspended probably not .. most of the time you have to get them re-instated, why not call them , and check ,I am sure it would be easier to that tomarrow than wait two or so days for all answers to come in on this.????????

NOT! When your license is suspended you have NOTHING to renew. You have to start from scratch.
