They are the same...I call them circle thrusts....just different terms...

These are the same thing if you do the backwards half swizzle pump on an outside circle. It is possible to do back half swizzle pumps on a straight line by keeping your non-pumping foot on a flat (two edges) and directing your body backward directly down a straight line. In which case, the pumping action is the same but the control of your weight bearing skate is different.

Yes there are the same. My coach taught me how to do backwards half swizzle pump before progressing to doing it in circles (backward pumps on a circle) before learning backward crossovers.

Yes. They are the same thing except one you do when your in a circle (normally before your going to do a crossover) and the other you just do in no order or lines.
