I've run into this...

What it means is that the plug-in (probably Windows Media Player, right?) wanted to do something it couldn't - hence the "illegal operation" - which is a catch-all error for "something oopsed and you should try again".

So... how to fix it...

I have had this kind of a problem before. Here's a few possible causes:

a) your media player needs to be updated;
b) you don't have enough memory;
c) your firefox program is not up-to-date;or
d) you have a virus

Possible solutions:

a) update your media player,
b) delete a few unused files,
c) update your Firefox program or use regular internet, and
d) install (if you don't have one) and run an anti-virus checkup.

Is this helpful? If not, there is always the "Help' button on the toolbar.
