cheating is anything you feel that you have to hide from your spouse....anything that you know they would not like or that you would not like, and for each couple the line is drawn in a different spot...but I think most people know, and claims to the contrary are just an attempt to cover up.

There is virtual cheating; like texting someone of the opposite sex a lot when your other have doesn't know about it; there is socialising a lot with another person when you are in a committed relationship; it doesn't have to be just the sexual act that makes it cheating; if you spend a lot of time with someone, or maybe considering cheating but not actually doing it - then in your heart, you have cheated.

We are so old fashioned in u.k. it`s a myth to think fellas can only fall in love with one person at a given time, gee is this prim n proper or can people be honest here,cheating I suppose comes from the Christian upbringing that most people were taught at school between right n wrong where as ...

I don't consider it cheating when someone is interested in another human being. It's natural to like and want what you want and like. It's cheating YOURSELF if you don't get it. Life's too short.

Cheating is anything that you delibratly do not tell your partner about.. If your partner secretly meets/chats or texts another person of the opposite sex with out telling you.

Dr. Phil puts it best~ if you wouldn't do it in front of your spouse then it's cheating!! (in other words- if you kiss a guy that is not your spouse; would you have done the same thing if your spouse was standing right beside you? If not then it's cheating!)

Kissing someone else, also going out with someone for a drink etc without telling your partner, because if there was nothing to hide you would be honest about it.

Any time spent with the other person that could have been spent with me.
Such as taking someone else out to dinner, movies, etc.
Also any kissing, sharing intimate secrets, etc.....

Lying,stealing,gambling those are also forms of cheating in one way or another.All of these are way's that people cheat themselves out of morals,values and so on.
