I have a 7 month Boston Terrier Female. SO far I have trained her to Sit and she comes most of the time when I can her.

Still trying to housebreak. Do you have any tips from training your own boston terrier?

I also have a 7 month Boston Terrier Female (Kate). She's been housebroken now for several months. I've crate trained her from day one.

I think the most important thing is to not let them get away with doing their business in the house in the first place. This means *constant* supervision when she's not crated. If you see that familiar squat, immediately pick her up and take her to her favorite spot outside.

I was there for almost every one of Kate's accidents and I think that's what helped the most. I followed crate training to the letter and stopped her mid-squat pretty consistently. She won't even think about doing her business in the house now.

Another tip I'd like to mention is that I used Nature's Miracle to clean after her accidents. If you use it per the directions it does a pretty good job of making "accident spots" odor-free so that she's not encouraged to go there again.

It's tough to do and requires a lot of patience, but hang in there - consistency is the key.

I hope you are crate training. I did not have a Boston Terrier. I had a Yorkie. The system, if followed precisely, will work. Really.

May take over a year to fully house break. Be gentle and consistent.

I had a BT growing up (R.I.P. Snuffer). My ex-in-laws have one. What characters they are!
