God said "I will never flood the Earth again".

Hint hint. I don't think I should be terribly worried about global warming.

Any Christian that does not believe in Global Warming does not read mush in the book of revelation or other prophesies in the bible! How they can deny global warming is beond me! I wouldn't say its part of God's plan. God knows the future so he knows what our plan is! We have free will and most of us choose to do evil and destroy our own planet and kill as many people as we possibly can! Humans are an evil species! Thats just the way it is! The good thing is: You don't have to saty that way! You can change!

Most Christians don't it seems. But this one does. I am actually doing a draft, today, for a public arts project to be installed in Chicago about global warming. Barack Obama is on the board. It will use seven foot high globes depicting solutions to the problem. Mine is about Cap and Trade markets.

I do care but I also know that God will not let the earth be totally destroyed..
Luke 21, talks about things that are going to happen. This way we know that the kingdom of God is near.
2 Tim.3:1-5 also talks of critical times that are here..
there has never been a prophecy that has been wrong. So when I read the bible and it talks of people living on earth (Ps.37:11; Rev.21:1-4; Matt.5:5 "these are just some of them") I know that he is not going to let the earth get destroyed.

I certainly care. Global warming is not what God has in mind. In fact the Bible says He will "bring to ruin those ruining the earth." (Revelation 11:18 ) God will indeed cleanse this earth of evil. However, whenever God executes judgment, it is always selective. He does not indiscriminately destroy everyone. He always forewarns people and provides a way out for those who heed the warning.

God already promised never to flood the earth again. I'll take His word over yours or any scientist. But I do worry about the lack of care people show towards all of God's creations, especially the way they treat one another.

May God Bless you.

I don't believe in God but I think that Global Warming is mostly a cyclical natural effect.

yes, some do care, but there isn't anything we can do about, even if everybody in the world stops everything, the sun is still getting closer and damage has been done. Don't worry about it, not all planets last forever look at mars. Hopefully we won't be around when the earth goes belly up.

Some christians do care
God's plan? - no but when Jesus comes back he will destroy the earth
there are several authors however oppose to global warming, they talk about how climate changes over the years have just been that way it's just the way God created nature

I figure if the world gets warm enough, it'll melt the ice caps, causing the sea to overflow on land, wiping out millions upon millions of people. The leftover people will have to make a new start, the environment will be left to it's own, which will cause another ice age of sorts, freezing the polar caps again and life will flow again, man being the dominant species.

It was set up to work a certain way, and that's the way it will continue to work until God says stop.
