Any type of damage can be reversed if you get enough circulation in the damaged area of the body. THe key is to get new blood cells into the brain. Here are 3 methods that I would use.
Hydrotherapy = using hot and cold water to move new blood cells into the area.
Herbs = cayenne peppers and ginger move the blood flow like no other herbs or food.
Energy healing = use a technique called Pranic Healing or Reiki to balance out the body's energy centers.

You should visit a neurologist to have the brain evaluated. There are surgeries that help with epilepsy and brain tumors. The neurologist would be the best person to discuss the problem.

Once brain damage occurs, it really can't be cured, but miracles do happen, so it may get better (I hope)
