I started trying to lose wieght this year (to get ready for spring and summer ! now is a great time to start, and stick w/it) I started using th ebowflex and nordictrack...those things are the best...especially the nordictrac (my dad buys a lot of workout equiptment..why wast $ @ a gym?)
If you have no equpt. and you like basic pilates i suggest the Windsor pilates bun and thigh work out...I swear if you do this ...it will burn so bad! Youll know youre workin the right muscles! (i think its in a green case) good luck finding it!
Also the key thing to remember: take in less calories than you put out!
Also just try eating healthy..I always use to eat fast food! Now im learning how to cook things i like that are healthy..I love grilled salmon (or tilapia) and fresh steamed veggies..And I dont go to bed that night thinking about how bad i ate!
If you HAVE to have a sweet treat for the day, try eating it in the morning or with lunch...by then all the fat will have burned off b4 bed! Also always drink a cup of water before eating..its good 4 u and you wont eat as much (youre suppose to drink 8 cups a day any way!)
Something I hear a lot of people doing is to not eat after a certain time (Like 3 or 4) try having an early dinner, if your hungry b4 bed have a peice of fruit..eventually youll get use to the routine!

Although it was said in a crass manner, it is true. There is no rocket science to weight loss most of the time.
Eat less.
Exercise more.
Unfortunately, you cannot choose what area of your body to have the weight come off from either. Alot of that has to do with genitics.
You don't have to make big changes. The weight didn't show up in a week, and it won't come off in a week either.
You might want to try buying some Phentermine online. It helped me alot in the beginning to curb my appetite. Once my stomach shrunk some it was MUCH easier to stay on a diet.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

you have to get the balance right between eating and exercise. i did it by not eating after 6pm and cutting out one meal a day
and replaced it with fruit or salad
