I've heard that before but i wouldnt trust it. It probably just makes your hair dry and greyish so i wouldnt do it. Just buy volumizing shampoo, conditioner and mousse and you're good

i saw this thing on tv recently about angelina jolie. they said she puts baby powder on her hair before blow drying it. i don't know how she exactly does it and i don't know how it works but if they say it on tv then there must be some truth to it. theres no harm in trying and experimenting, after all you can always wash it out. if you want to volumize your hair why not try to blow dry it then put mousse and section into the largest velcro rollers you can find. this always works for me. good luck.
