This will look familiar, but I'm not typing it twice:

The water molds have been moved to a different kingdom than the other fungi. They are now part of the stramenopiles kingdom. The phylum is Heterokontophyta, the class is oomycetes and some of the orders are:

Lagenidiales
Leptomitales
Peronosporales
Pythiales
Rhipidiales
Saprolegniales
Sclerosporales
