He sends me alot of dirty texts on what he would like to do to me. Yet says he wants a long term relationship.

It sounds like you're in a hard place now aren't you? Well sweetie if he says he wants a long-term relationship but he sends you alot of text messages. It doesn't mean that he's using you for sex. Cause in a long-term relationship communication, trust, honesty,love and sex are the most important things to have when in a real relationship. Now if he doesn't say anything else to you like I love you or tell you how pretty you are etc... then maybe yes he could be using for sex only. Look at the little things he does, you'll know if he's in it for sex or if he does want a long-term relationship. Be up front with him sweetie, cause that's really the only way to deal with a situation like this. But don't do it over the phone, do it in person so you can look at his face expressions, also let him know that your not accusing him for only being in this for sex, but explain to him that he always send you these text about what he would like to do to you, so normally it's going to make any girl wondering if their b/f is only in it for sex. After you do that then you should pretty much be able to see the truth by the way he acts. If he completely stops sending those text then yes he was mostly in it for sex but if he changes it up a little and makes it more romantic then he cares about you girl. good luck

Just tell him that you want a relationship but the sex will have to wait for awhile. If he agrees, then he's not in it for the sex. Otherwise... well you know the answer.

Have you met any of his family or friends? do you ever go anywhere or do anything together? Chances are if the only time your together it's just sex then goodbye you are being used.
