My wife an I have been married for a year now, she is a U.S citizen but i am not, we have not filed any document to adjust my status to get a green card and all that. We are in NY state but the speculation is that it takes longer to process the green card application in NY. We are looking to relocate to another state....
Does any one know which state process the green card application faster? I heard Texas does it between 3-6months...
Any thoughts on this??

You can check the processing times here:

visajourney.com

They have a table out there where real people submit their dates, when they filed, when they received.

And here:

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp

This is an official site. People say that there are great discrepancies of real and official statistics. Sometimes the case is done and is still listed as processed; sometimes it is still processed, though the chart shows that they are done with it.
Good luck.

yes I live in Txs and is about 6-9 months but you have to be a residente for about 6 months here in the state so it will take you about 6+9 15 months before you get your green card...

the cases are up to immigration not on a state by state basis.
