Either both left bulbs are burned out or you have a problem with the signal light switch.

Pull turn signal bulbs from both left front and left rear. Spray sockets with CRC-56. Install new left side bulbs and wipe a dab of ignition grease on the wire leads on both bulbs. Nowadays resistance builds up in the sockets because the socket terminals are made of poor conductive metal surfaces and the bulbs themselves do not have high grade wire entering the bulb. Have you noticed lately the number of relatively new cars on the highway with lights out? I attribute it to crappy contacts with low spring tension.

Check both the front and back left side signal bulbs. If it is not the bulbs, you may have a short in the turn signal switch.

Use a voltmeter to see if the line is positive it may be cracked or broken,or it is the bulb or a fuse.
