Cut them out with a razor blade?
Next time think before you have someone suck your neck.

There really isn't any quick way to get rid of them. I love getting hickies but I've had to learn to ask my husband to put them somewhere where they won't be seen as easily (more towards the back of the neck where the hair can cover them or down more toward the shoulder). Or else you just have to learn how to cover them with turtlenecks or a scarf.

This may not be how to get rid of a hickey, but there is no really good way to get rid of one - the best you can do under any circumstances is to cover it somehow. Try a concealer in a shade lighter than your own skin tone, using a light layer just over the affected area. You may not be able to find a way that will tell you how to get rid of a hickey quickly, but you can find ways to cover it up so that no one will notice. Get creative with scarves, necklaces, bandanas, and high necklines.

A hickey is where blood is drawn up to just underneath the outer layer of skin. You neeed to get rid of them? Don't get them. Otherwise get use to turtlenecks and high collars for awhile.

There is simply no way to get rid of them, except to let them fade on their own, as a hickey is a bruise caused by excessive sucking, and like a bruise on your knee or leg, it simply has to fade on its own.

Lose the guy that gave them to you. Seriously, there's no quick way. All you can do is cover them with a concealer, or wear turtlenecks till they're gone.

Hot (not hot enough to burn) soaks. Saturate a wash cloth in hot water and place over the areas. Do this several times a day.

I've heard that you can rub a spoon on them and it helps get rid of them. Then I would just try makeup.
