Spaghetti Bolognese made properly. My wife makes it with expensive choice mince and adds onions and a small bit of chili. It's beyond belief.

Well I make both ,think it depends on how you make the sauce, I cook my sauce for about 2 hrs, let´s all the ingredients blend into the meat . I would say spaghetti is more popular , easier to put some water on to boil, in with the spaghetti and sauce on top. but you have to wait for the lasagna to cook in the oven . Unless you have pre- cooked it the night before. like most people these days . microwave job

Lasagne- tender mincemeat in a rich basil scented tomato sauce, layered with fresh egg pasta sheets, covered with creamy bechemel sauce and gooey cheese...

Spagetti- A mountain of pasta strings, lightly coated in refreshing Italian tomato sauce with olive oil and shavings of fresh parmesan...

Each fits a different mood for me.

soaghetti lasagne can get sickening all the cheese sauce and cheese toppong awful fattening
