If i mess up once during the day then i'm like oh well i'll start over tomorrow. Of course then i have it in my system so i don't start over the next day I just keep eating junk.

Then theres the exercise part. I plan on doing 2 miles a day during the week (mon-fri) Then resting on the weekend. Mondays i will get 1 mile then i quit and don't get back on the treadmill for another week.

Any tips?

Plan rewards for yourself and put them on the frig...then REALLY do them when you are good!

You should give yourself the right to have a free meal once a week. This will actually HELP you lose fat. It tricks your body into thinking it's not starving, plus gets rid of that craving. So changing your mind set on the fact that you having blown your diet, you just allowed yourself that free meal and now you can pump out the rest of the week with clean food.

As for your workouts it is best to mix it up a little this way your muscles can get a rest and you wont burn out or get so sore that you dont wanna hop back on the tredmill. So try out a weights or body weight workout a couple times a week also. So lets say you hop on the tredmill on Mon. so then Tues you can do some weights, then Wed hop back on the tredmill or try some other type of cardio. Turbo jam is really fun. If you can make it to a gym where they offer spin/cycling class that is a blast too!

It's really important to have a support system also, come on over to http://www.womensdietandfitness.com for some more free advice and support! You can find a support buddy and maybe start a little friendly challange to keep you on track. This works for me.

You have fallen off the horse and need to get back in the saddle. You need to determine a routine. Don't just say, " I'll get on the treadmill today". Set a specific time and stick to it each day. I always like to get exercise out of the way early, so i don't have it hanging over my head all day. As for your diet... give yourself a reward. If you stick to your diet for five days, reward yourself with something tasty on the sixth day... then start all over. You can do this. And today is a good day to start !!

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

I use a online website that helps me track all my meals. It tells me how many calories i am eating, including sodium, sugar, carbs, and every other type of intake i do when eating. it has helped me understand what i am eating, and will warn me and educate me as to what i am doing when i eat. it will also track my goals and let me know how i am doing in reaching those goals i set. it will also track exercise, body changes, and will give you a day by day view on how you are doing overall. Education has kept me interested and has really opened my eyes to all the crap i put in my mouth, i am sure it will be a help to you also. here is the website, www.myfooddiary.com , enjoy!

If you're a 'net junkie, there are all kinds of support boards available - for different kinds of exercise, different kinds of diets, etc. I like to use them because when you feel a little down, there's always someone out there who will be encouraging or reassuring or even bracing to get you moving again.
