The current list of nations known or suspect of possessing chemical weapons are: China, Iran, N. Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Vietnam.

Iraq no longer possess chemical weapons (we collected and destroyed over 500 in the past 4 years).

No country has sold or attempted to sell "chemical weapons" other then the USSR. It's illegal to sell chemical weapons, and to make unless you're allowed to and are likely not to use them, unless for defensive reasons. The U.S makes their own, the U.K makes their own and Russia makes their own,etc.
