what do i need to eat drink?
what should i not drink or eat?
can someone name me some exercise techniques or routines especially for thigh parts?
if i would buy an exercise machine(cheap)..then which one do u guys prefer?

salads and lite dressing

You can't focus weight loss on any particular body part, although you will find that if most of your excess weight is on your thighs, they will get smaller the most dramatically. Drop your caloric intake, especially excess carbs and fats, but maintain good nutrition. Exercise daily for about 45 minutes, but alternate the types from day to day so you don't get bored. Brisk walking works as well as anything, and it's cheap. My own personal preferance for a machine would be the TotalGym 1000 - it won't cost you a fortune, you can exercise all the major muscle groups, building strength as well as burning calories. Put on some upbeat music to help motivate you. Expect to lose 2-3 lb a week at the most (don't try for more). Good luck.

You cant really target specific areas but regular cardio execise (walking up an incline) will help burn fat and toning exercises will help some (becuase the more muscle you have the more fat you can burn even when not exercising). The ones that do the best for me are squats, lounges, and some of the machines you would find at any gym. As for the eating thing, of course a good stable and healthy eating (no crash dieting or anything). Also try eating more frequent and smaller meals so you will not feel as hungry between meals and overindulge (do not deny yourself dessert, just be careful about portions). Drink lots of water and get lots of fiber. Hope this helps.

Don't waste your money on machines or silly diets. All you need is a water bottle and a pair of running shoes. That's the fastest way to get rid of flab. Ya got to run it off. Eat sensibly too. I mean you can run nonstop every day till bedtime, but if all you are eating consists of candy bars and chips you won't be losing any fat from anyplace, get it? Just be reasonable with your portions and choice of foods.
