Beef all the way.
Next up would be turkey, I am not really fond of pork though..except for my mum's roast, that is truly divine!!

Roast Beef - we're having a roast beef dinner tonight at 7:30pm when my daughter and partner come round. Good smells coming from the kitchen - roll on!

beef is nice but only if tender & juicy & not tough & chewy.
I do a rather good crunchy crackling on my roast pork with homemade apple sauce which is too good to beat. My friends ask for it every time they come round for dinner!
so, juicy pork & crackling for me!
