We know exactly where one cow with mad-cow-disease is located among the millions and millions of cows in America , but we haven't a clue as to where thousands of illegal immigrants and terrorists are located. Maybe we should put the Department of Agriculture in charge of immigration.

I'd say keep the pressure on with writing letters to your state legislators to make sure there's follow-up every 90 days and a report to the entire state in the local paper on a monthly basis to
keep public track on this one. Keep writing letters until they start writing back...illegal immigration's a crime, and if the citizens don't/won't tolerate it, it'll stop.

They suggested because we can tract cows to even the stall they were born in,was to give each illegal alien a cow upon entry to the USA.
