I'm from the old school. I would expect him to act on the first date and any other date thereafter. come to the door to pick me up. hold the door for me to enter before him and hold open the car door.

Be yourself!!!!! If you aren't the type for chivalry, then don't be that way. Just remember that how you act now is how she is going to expect you to act the whole relationship.
