Yes.

You will burn in hell forever screaming in eternal torment and agony.

Should have thought about that before you got the tattoo, shouldnt you?

A tatto is not unforgivable. Back in the old testament. God tells the Jews not to tattoo themselves because this is what the ungodly did who worshipped other gods, they tattooed their bodies which was not at all pleasing to the lord. Through Jesus Christ we are forgiven. I do not think you need to worry about not being forgiven for having a tattoo.

Getting a tattoo is equivalant to the mark of the beast and if you believe in that...I have some ocean front property in Arizona that I could sell real cheap.

If you're afraid of it, I'm sure your fears will catch up with you eventually! Sounds like too much religious crap has been shoved down your wee little throat!

IF there's an afterlife the tattoos will not be going with you. They will remain in the grave and rot away with the rest of your body. So, no. Tattoos won't make a bit of difference.

I doubt it, heck, they are even removable. I think if there is a God, he cares a lot more about how we treat one another then he does about a tramp stamp. I don't really dig the tattoo thing, but the right one, on the right person, can be sexy. The whole "tribal" thing...or something that has no significanse to the person strikes me as being silly. It's your body....do what you want with it.

In Traditional Judaism it is indeed serious business.

Anyone with a tattoo is not allowed to be buried in a Jewish cemetery.

Of course, Survivors who were tattooed are an exception since it was done against their will.

Leviticus 19:28 "You shall not make any cuts in your body for the dead nor make any tattoo marks on yourselves: I am the LORD."

also in the same book...

Leviticus 18:22. "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination."

So don't be gay.

Leviticus 19:19. "You are to keep My statutes. You shall not breed together two kinds of your cattle; you shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed, nor wear a garment upon you of two kinds of material mixed together."

No more cotton/polyester blends. :(

Leviticus 7:23 "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, `You shall not eat any fat from an ox, a sheep or a goat."

No more lambchops.

Leviticus 11:42 "Whatever crawls on its belly, and whatever walks on all fours, whatever has many feet, in respect to every swarming thing that swarms on the earth, you shall not eat them, for they are detestable."

I guess this means no hamburgers either.

Wow. It is so sad that some people think they have to run every little decision by the almighty creator of the universe. I assure you that Spirit has no preference for how you decorate your body.
