don't waste your time. there is no such thing as "easy" fat loss. gaining weight is fun, losing it isn't. that's the way it is and always will be...

none of those ever work. and if they do, they're usually not healthy for you. take your lemonade diet for example. the diet probably requires you to replaces at least one meal a day with a glass of lemonade. that's not healthy. if you try to lose weight this way, then you'll probably have a relapse and gain back all the weight that you lost on the diet when you start eating like a normal person again. just exercise and watch what you eat and you'll lose weight. I lost 20 pounds just by jogging a 4 nights a week and weight training the other 3 nights and by stopping drinking soda. also, try to eat smaller portions of food about 4-5 times a day with about 3 hours between meals. this will keep your metabolism going and will help you lose weight while remaining satisfied. Lean protein, such as skinless poultry and seafood, is the best thing you can give yourself when you're dieting because it will help you build muscle and muscle burns calories. Good luck. : )

A healthy diet in cunjunction with daily exercise is the best way to lose weight

stay away from fad diets.....eat what you want...moderation, stay away from hot fudge sundays, and if you can't resist work an extra hour in that gym you are going to join
