what happen if we heat super heated steam further?

i want to know whether extream super heating of steam changes its state or not n if the state change takes place,at what state steam will change................whether plasma?

The only "remarkable" thing to happen is that you will exceed the critical temperature of water, which is about 350C. Above the critical temperature, steam cannot be condensed to liquid water no matter what the pressure.
