Does anyone know where I can buy a "QUACKERS" or " RAKE IT IN" slot machine from the Indian gaming casinos.

The machines you are looking for are modern themes, and may be subject to state law. Depending on the state you live in, you may or may not be able to purchase these machines. I have included a link below where you can check out the law by state.
It is highly doubtful that a casino will sell directly to an individual. There are so many laws regulating sale of machines that casinos wouldn't want to deal on an individual basis. They usually sell through brokers in relatively large lots.... at least 10 machines.
