Probably depends on whether or not you're gay. Though studies do show that 85% of males who choose not to wear underwear, or have fantasies of doing so, eventually turn homosexual if they aren't already.

none at all, underwear is always made of cotton/polyester blend and the bible clearly states that we are forbidden to wear clothing of mixed fibers
