should i take tablets 2 help?

my hair doenst grow much it took 2 years just 2 grow 2 inches longer other then cutting it every 7-8 weeks is there ne thing else i can do 2 help it grow maybe a suppliment i could try 4 my hair. i know i dont need protien coz my nails grow rather fast i bite em down and they r back 2 the length they were b4 in about 1-2 weeks.

You should consider the products you use on your hair and what your diet is. Hair usually grows about 6 inches per year, if yours only grows 2 inches then its more than likely a breakage problem. There are many reasons for hair breakage, one is lack of moisture, or too many protein products put on hair. If you use gels and hair sprays these can also cause breakage. If you aren't eating the right foods then maybe you have a deficiency that causes your hair to be weak, and vitamins specifically geared toward healthy hair would be a good choice for you.

There are some shampoos that you can buy to strengthen your hair and make it more resistant to breakage, but unfortunately there isn't a surefire way to get your hair to grow faster -- except of course waiting.
Any supplements you find will just be a waste of money! Don't let the commercials tell you otherwise.

Well you should take some vitamins, because they do help hair grow. You can also try braiding your hair when you go to bed. My mom did that a lot when I was small and I had really long hair.

I'm really not quite sure. Just wanted to tell you to stop biting your nails!! thats so grose! not to mention all those nasty germs your putting in your mouth!! If you took a microscope and looked at your nails - you would NEVER do it again!! TRUST ME!! *wink
