im 16 nearly 17 my bf is 24 nearly 25 is that ok wats ur opinion on that??

If you were 25 and he were 35, no problem. In that case, you've both got some maturity under your belts. You're both adults.
But with you being 16/17 and he being 24/25, he's too old for you to be going out with. It's not an even playing field for a healthy relationship.
The problem is: Just about every 16/17-year old in the entire history of the universe believes she is mature enough to handle herself in such a relationship - that she can hold her own. That's what being 16/17 is all about. Especially if the grown man she's interested in is telling her how much more mature she is than other girls her age, how she understands him way more than women his age, etc. ... all these wonderful things that push her buttons.
The fact is: It's easy for a 16/17 year-old to get in over her head and not know how to get out.
Might be helpful to remind yourself of your life goals (or if you haven't thought about those yet, take some time do do so), step away from the guy, and get back onto your own path.

Well if you really like them, I'm not sure if anything is wrong. My grandparents turned out fine and there 8 years apart. close to around your age separations.

No it really isn't ok for you guys to be dating. You aren't under-age till like 18. That's kinda gross.
