if I was living with someone and I lied and said no he even had the name of the guy I was living with. Two nights later he tried to run me down with his truck it was raining so I slipped and fell the truck missed hitting me but I hurt two fingers. I did not call the police because I felt guilty for lying. What would you have done. By the way I have not heard nor seen him since.

If someone tried to run me over with a truck they would go to jail, no matter what. That type of behavior is unacceptable. It's not too late to call them now and make a report, he might be planning on trying it again.

Lying is not a crime. Trying to run someone over w/ a car is. You should have called the police. This person is dangerous. Call the police now and see if there is anything they can do. I'm glad I didn't hear about your death on the evening news, but if you don't take action, you could be hurt or killed.
Don't even talk to that guy anymore.

For one, the guy who tried to run you over is an aggressive psycho and you need to get away from him...NOW! Why, for the love of God, would you even be worrying yourself about not hearing from or seeing him since? Second, you are pretty psycho yourself for getting into this situation of living with one guy and dating another. If you want to play the field, that is cool. Just don't be living with a guy in the process. Strike out on your own and have fun, unless you choose to live with a guy just as a roommate situation and not as a relationship. Basically, you got busted cheating. Sorry.

It's human nature to want to be with more than one person at a time, but even though it's normal human nature, it is still very HURTFUL when someone gets *cheated* on.
You were living with one man, and dating a second man so I can understand how his feelings were hurt, but he still had NO RIGHT trying to run you over. What if he would have killed you with his truck? Tht would be awful. Next time BE CAREFUL, hunny! Be careful who you get yourself involved with, cause some men actually DO kill their wives or girlfriends. Be careful and God Bless, hun.

Yes tell the police for crying out loud. You may be a lying cheat, but that's nothing compared to attempted murder! This man is dangerous and he may try to kill someone else.

Regarless of whether or not you lied to this guy, you should still go to the police. That was not justified. Next time, tell the truth and stay away from creeps.

He probably thinks you are dead.I would call the police and tell them what happened ..and DON'T LIE THIS TIME.
Your lie almost cost you your life..maybe you learned something.
He will be charged with attempted vehicular homicide,leaving the scene of an accident.
If you do not call the police ,you might not be alive by tomorrow..
