I would get some professional help,
go see a counselor / therapist.
Talk therapy or short term meds.,
you need to find out what is causing your attacks to get a handle on them.

These are more common than you think you may feel that your the only person in the world that gets them but that is not the case .
The thing that can cause it is your brain it wants to play tricks with you so it send messages to your body which create an anxiety attack.
You could find all different things set you off it may be lots of noise lots of people being in confined spaces and the list could go on .
you should go to your GP as they can put you to someone that can help !

Also when having an attack tell yourself that you know it will pass and slow your breathing down .

It's not clear what your question is. Are you having anxiety attacks or do you want to know about them for academic purposes....or what?
If you are suffering from them, see a hypnotherapist who will be well-qualified to help you to learn how to control them. You may need additional help to find out what the cause is, if not obvious.

You could go to your GP but bear in mind that, if offered anxiolytic drugs (tranquillisers), these help to reduce the symptoms rather than dealing with causes. Side effects may also be possible.

Bad news, and very scary, the best cure is a realisation of what these are and continual reassurance from oneself that this is a panic attack and will go away as quick as it came, I have gone through years on and off with panic attacks, I would try to distract myself away from the attck by having a warm drink and making myself read something. And KNOW it will go away, really best of luck to you

I don't know what your question is but anxiety attacks are not fun to have. They have multiple symptoms some of them can be chest pain, feeling like you can't breathe, severe nervousness, feeling like you can scream, dizzy, you feel like you are having a heart attack and sometimes shaking and feeling like your body is out of control.

In order to stop anxiety attacks when you are out and about always consume half a bottle of vodka before setting out.

You will feel just fine.

I think you should go see your GP and ask for a referral to see a counsellor (seek professional help) as you need to get to the bottom of your problem, and find out how it started so you can overcome these attacks. good luck.
