"Great Stuff" sold at home depot or lowes. BE SURE to follow directions on the can b/c it really expands fast when you use it. WEAR GLOVES when you use this. if you don't, keep a bottle of fingernail polish remover close by to get it off your fingers quickly before it dries. i didn't wear gloves the first time and it took several days to wear off my hands.

Gorilla glue. I think the other guy is talking about Great Stuff, which is a foam insulation for stuff that will stick to surfaces but isn;t necessarily an adhesive. Gorilla glue is great!

Yes, there is, but I can't remember the name of it. It's a polyurethane foam and you can buy it at Home Depot or Lowe's. It works really well.

Yes, look in your hardware store. Be careful this stuff really foams up! You can cut off any excess easily with a kitchen knife.

A great glue is Gorilla glue, but be careful it is very permanent.
Read the instructions. I used this glue to fix a metal patio bench over a year ago and it is very strong.

in the window area, there is also a product suggested as Mortite (i imagine that is it). Its a lengthy, gray, skinny 'putty' type of fill in. You destroy off as a lot as you want and placed into the hollow. Have used it many situations.
