Looking for a moderate priced treadmill. Currently looking at the ProForm Crosswalk 380x (PCTL9304). Does anyone have any experience with this company or this particular model?

Hi! I have one, an older model, and i've been happy with it. It is not as durable as the ones at the gym, or a "professional" quality one. They are not ment for heavy use everyday by many people. I've had mine for 2 years and I've used it 4-5 times per week and haven't had it break down, the only thing that has happened is a screw became lose from it vibrating from running on the council, but nothing a little thighting couldn't fix.

I don't have this particular model but I do have a ProForm, it was 'gifted' to me from someone on a Freecycle network (give away what you don't use any longer to someone who can use it to keep things out of landfills?) It was 2nd hand when she received it, so it was 4th hand when I got it. It was in great condition, large but effective and served its purpose. Now I'm ready to 'gift' to someone else in my area.

I found it sturdy, reliable, easy to maintain, had all the bells and whistles and except for the fact that because all our children are at home, I had to put it in our bedroom...I'd probably still keep it. Came in great for the past 2 winters.

Good luck

It sounds like it could be some broken plastic piece someplace, but if it's broke it shouldn't keep breaking. If it's not level something's broken.
