Can having a bad pelvis at 15 lead to any serious injuires later in life?

after being in a car accident , it now "sticks up" thats as much information as i can give

What do you mean by having a bad pelvis?

Did you break your pelvis?
What part sticks up?

You might have problems getting pregnant and having natural child birth. If you do get pregnant you can have a c-section.
