A box of Thorntons chocolates, or a smaller box of Leonidas chocolates. Leonidas are the finest chocolates in the world.

Alternatively, go to Boots and look at the Sanctuary range. I recommend the Hot Sugar Body Polish, which warms on contact with wet skin in the bath. Their stuff is lovely, smells and feels lovely.

I am not sure I would recommend trying to find a piece of jewellery on that budget - it may not make the impression you'd like.

don't mind me but...are we all turning so MATERIALISTIC? valentines isn't about the gifts! its about the love! 20 quid isn't tight. its very loose...you can get some colour paper (red/pink) and make her a valentines card and spend the whole day with her and make her feel special! trust me, a girl who wishes for only presents from her lover is not worth anything.

£20 !!!.

My wife has invested 39 pence on my valentine's present, a pair of Lindor chocolate love hearts at a reduced price at out local cheap shop.

And this is because she couldn't find the Lindt chocolate Reindeer she saw the previous week for 29 pence.

It not about the money, its the thought.

I now have the challenge to recipricate for a similar budget.

Not tight just careful!

chocolate and flowers BORING MAN, you have loads of scope with £20 honest! Can you not think of something that would mean something to just her.. like a private joke yous have or something. or get her loads of her favourite sweets or something. personal presents are always the best and it doesnt matter how much they cost coz more effort has went into thinkin about them. Ther is a website i think where you can do things like buy a star and give it a name for someone, or buy some land and become a scottish laird and crazy things like that. i dont think its too expensive either.
heres a link for it.. http://www.prezzybox.com/cat/index.aspx?cat=203 you can buy an acre of moon or name a rose!!
