Just a couple on a woman does that look too trashy? I think that a couple tatoos, depending on what and where they are, can look fine on a woman or a man. Its a big decision for anyone since it is basically permanent.

i have eight tattoos myself but i kept them all relatively small and can easily keep them covered under my clothing. i have worked at a tattoo shop and seen alot of people coming in to get things covererd or talk about removal. As long as you don't go overboard, pick a good artist and shop, and it also really helps when it is something meaningful to you as opposed to just any old butterfly or flower, follow that you will never regret it.

I think it really depends on what the tattoo is. Personally I think that a tattoo on the lower mid back just above the pants line, on a woman is very sexy. Just remember, if you get one make sure that it is something, so that in 10, 15, 20 years you don't look in a mirror and go, what was I thinking.

I dont like small tattoos on women i do however love big back pieces or sleeves especially 3/4 and half sleeves with a lot of dark colors like purples it is very sexy to me i feel like if a woman makes a decision to get a large well done and thought out piece like those it shows she has taste and confidence but small tattoos seem more juvenile or trashy just my opinion though and that is subject to change oh yeah no lower back tattoo though that is what guys call the tramp stamp or the target that is trendy and slutty looking for sure

why are only a couple on a woman okay? but three or four are trashy? i don't agree with that at all. i think that the character of a person and they way they conduct themselves decides if they are trashy or not. i have three tattoos (one of them is pretty big) and i plan on getting more tattoos in the future. i'm not trashy. i'm anything but. stereotypes are wrong whether it's racial, religious or any other kind... they're just wrong.

Californiasky, I don't think tattoos on a woman look trashy. I think tattoos are more likely to make me think the woman is adventuresome, is open to new ideas.....that she has a mind and will of her own. The way a woman dresses, wears her makeup, and more importantly the way she acts makes her "trashy". I really like your last sentence because it is a big decision and you can't erase it when you get tired of or outgrow it.

i'm a woman, and i think they look great, either with just a few, or lots all over your body. my next tat is either going to be large wings on the back, or a domino with wings for my grandmother. we played that game all the time when i was little. i'm going to get both, but not sure what will come next. probably the domino, since it'll be cheaper than the wings. my hubby loves mine, and doesn't care about any more in the future.

Well I got 2 tattoos.. I got a laugh now cry later one on my lower back, and cherry on my thigh.. Alot people said there hot.. No they dont look trashy unless you get a trashy tattoo.. lol...

I have two tattoos and a lot of people tell me how cute there are. And for the permanent thing...don't get the typical butterfly or fairy...get something that is personal and means something to you.

my opinion is that a woman with tattoo looks more attractive. My girlfriend have tattoos on lower back and belly with piercing. It all depends how you like it. everybody is different

Tattoos are great, especially if there is meaning behind them. I have 5 but all of them are in places either a loved one is seeing or covered with pants, shoes ect... you have to look professional when you need too and having them on breasts , arms, hands , neck ect does look alittle trashy!
