More than likely.
Make a date with her, while you're out, have a heart to heart talk about your feelings. Hopefully this'll help her to realize the impression she's been giving, or you'll realize where her head is at...

I am sure she loves you, but there is NO excuse for her seeing your brother and not you. DO NOT let this lead YOU to believing that you are unlovable. Hon, it is YOUR mother who is SICK, NOT YOU! There is nothing wrong with YOU. But, I would ask someone that I trusted to talk to my mom FOR me, you know...to "feel her out on the subject". Have them point out to her that this is hurtful to you. If she has one ounce of kindness in her, then she will see the error of her ways, and come to you and apologize. If she doesn't, then perhaps YOU should try to forget about her. I know we all want our mother's love, but some mother's are too sick or evil, and they only damage us our whole lives because THEY are damaged. Do NOT allow her to damage YOU.
What does your dad say about this? What about Grandma? You should talk to them about it. If they won't listen, then go to someone you KNOW cares for you, and talk to them. Last but not least, ask HER why she doesn't take you for a weekend. Tell her that you would really like to spend a weekend with her, and see what she says about that. But, be prepared. IF she is a mental case, then you may get your feelings hurt. Best of luck to you.
