Any food that you can eat raw or unprocessed would fall under the "healthy" category. That pretty much encompasses all the "diet" foods. Eat lean meats every other day or just a few times a week. Everybody should do that whether or not they have weight problems. It's much healthier.

Nuts are a good source of protein and very good for you. Celery with peanut butter or creme cheese is also very good. Yogurts are also good and a good source of protein. Pretzels too. These are some things I like to eat and are good for you and are not too fattening if eaten in moderation, with the exception of the nuts.

Hi,
try frozen fruits?
like berries, papapyas or grapes. just toss them in the freezer, and eat them when you feel peckish.
edamame and nuts are also good choices.
