There's a couple of things to take into account here. First is that in 1973, Plymouth broke production records with the roadrunner, which means there are a lot of them. Sun roof was a factory option, so you can assume there a lot them sold. Then upon checking http://www.musclecarclub.com/musclecars/general/musclecars-rarest.shtml we find it isn't even listed as one the rare breeds, and we can therefore assume a 73 Plymouth with a factory sunroof is not rare at all.

Since it has a 318, it probably is a (trim) clone. A "true" Road Runner never had a 318 from the factory.
My guess is that someone added Road Runner trim to the car in an attempt to increase its value.

No, it is not rare. If you are buying it as an investment, it is probably not worth it. However, if you are buying it to enjoy, drop a big block or HEMI into and have fun.
Incidentally, be careful before you criticize other responders, bcre8iv, the road runner wasn't based on the Volare until 1976.

Good answer gasman. Obviously kiffin don't know squat about mother mopars. The 73 was a mere shell of the car it was in it's former years now being built on the Volare' platform. A true tragedy in American muscle!
