I am getting 4 bicuspids taken out for braces. I just need to know if it hurt you during the extraction. And how long it takes for the socket to heal.

they freeze you but you are still getting teeth pulled -- you shouldn't feel it while they are pulling them but you will be plenty sore after.

It will be sore after they pull them. They numb you up and sometimes even sedate you before they pull them. They heal over within a week and a half, but you still can't eat chips and hard stuff that might poke into the hole.

no hurt since the whole procedure is done under LA.complete healing within 4 wks time
