I need to learn a few phrases in Portuguese to surprise one of my friends with. Can someone translate? I don't want to use a translation program since they aren't usually right.

1) Hi, how are you today?
(also, some possible answers to this...ie:I'm fine, how are you?)

2) Are you impressed?

3) Unfortunately, that's all the Portuguese I know. Pretty good though, huh?

Thanks so much!!!

Hello, I'm Brazilian, and love my language, Portuguese. I don't trust translations programs either, so I help you:

1) -Oi, tudo bem?
-Tudo, e você?
(asheldon2008 is already excelent)

2) E aí, impressionei?

3) Infelizmente, eu só sei isso de português. Mas está bom, né?

I translated in the informal language, used between friends in everyday conversation. If want help in pronunciation, you can send me an e-mail by my profile.

Have a Nice Day!

I'm fine: Tudo bem
I'm okay: Aliás estou mais ou menos...
I'm great: Tudo beleza

2. Você fica impressionado com isso?

3. É que não sei falar direito em português ... ... Fiz bem, né?

I think that's what you're looking for

I'm Brazilian, so I'll give my answer in Brazilian Portuguese

1) Hi, how are you today?
Oi, como você está hoje?
Oi, vomo você vai hoje? is also possible

More informal: Oi, tudo bém? (Something like What's up?)
Tudo bém!

A possible answer: I'm fine thanks (Estou bem obrigado) (Vou bem obrigado is also possible),

(2) Are you impressed?
Ficou impressionad?
Fiquei sim (yeah, I am)

I'm Portuguese, so here you have it (colloquial!)
1- Olá, tudo bem?
"all-ah", "to-do" "ban-ee" "?

Sim, está tudo fixe! E contigo?
"seen", "sh-tah/tah" "to-do" "fee-sh"! "ee" "con-tee-goo"?

2- Estás impressionado/impressionada (if it's a girl)?
"Sh-tah-sh/tah-sh"
"im-pre-see-oo-nah-doo/im-pre-see-oo-nah-da"?

3- Infelizmente, só sei dizer isto em português. Nada mal, hein?
"inf-leej-meant", "soh" "say" "dee-zé-r" "ish-too" "ayn" "poo-r-too-gué-sh". "nah-da" mall", ""ayn"?

Sorry, can't speak it directly, because it would be easier.
