When i try to listen to music on my computer,i am able to do so, but the speakers make a horrible buzzing sound. I have Altec Lansing speakers. Please, I don't know what to do. thanks so much.

They maybe picking up interference from a nearby electrical source.

the same thing happened to mine..we are still trying to fix it you should get a new sound card
